About Lola
Hello and welcome.
For over 30 years, I have been supporting people of all ages and with diverse abilities and life experiences on their journeys toward growth and well-being. My background spans education, therapy, massage, and social work.
As a mother of three and a member of a large family, I understand life in all its complexity and beauty. My greatest strength is my high sensitivity, which allows me to truly connect, listen deeply, and offer heartfelt support.
My approach is holistic and body-centered, integrating work with the mind, mindfulness practices, and therapeutic touch to help release blockages, restore balance, and foster a more conscious connection with oneself. I believe deeply in the body’s innate capacity to heal and in the inner wisdom we all carry within.
This work is not just my profession—it is also my personal path. I came to it through my own healing journey, learning to listen to my body, soften my mind, and let go of beliefs that no longer served me. From that experience grew a genuine desire to accompany others as they return home to themselves.
My commitment is to offer a safe, respectful, and compassionate space where you can explore, at your own pace, what you need to move toward a more peaceful, aligned, and fulfilling life. There is no judgment here—only presence, tenderness, and authenticity.
What I deeply believe:
-
You are not broken; what you feel makes sense and deserves to be heard with love.
-
Your body knows, even when your mind doubts.
-
Healing isn’t always linear or fast—but it is possible, and you don’t have to do it alone.
-
Gentleness transforms; we can grow through softness rather than catharsis.
Each session is unique and tailored to you. Sometimes your body needs to move, other times to rest, to shift beliefs, or simply to breathe and feel. I trust that the process unfolds exactly as each person needs.
I am passionate about lifelong learning and, am drawn to explore many aspects of what it means to be human: psychology, healing, education, community, nature, myths, history, and ritual.
I find joy in transformative travel, silence and meaningful conversations, music, dance, humor, and laughter.
There is no judgment here. Only presence, compassion, and space to be ourselves.
If this resonates with you, it would be an honor to accompany you.
Let’s take the first step together.
